OUR MISSION
Retrain, Reuse, Repair, Recycle
To prepare, to teach skills, to provide resources, to train in the trade, and to mentor and enable youth and adults with the confidence and skills to better help their community through the trade of major home appliance repair.
We look to employ and train members in the community with the need to build and use basic skills in our trade. This goes on to benefit our company with appliance repair and it has the potential to change a person’s life with being able to learn and grow in the appliance industry.
OUR 4 R'S
With our experience and resources we strive to teach, provide, train and mentor. Along with these main goals and within each stage of our teaching process, we strongly stick with our own version of reduce, reuse, recycle.
We translate the 3 r’s into our 4 r’s:
Retrain- through our mentor program in a new trade and skills
Repair - used appliances using years of expertise
Reuse - any donations for teaching purposes, or repairing machines
Recycle - any machine in our system is repurposed or recycled into new products
With this, we make our own cycle to benefit our company, our employees/trainees, the community, and the environment.
