In-Shop Repairs: Headliner


Most can be done within an hour.

All appliances brought to us in need of repairs go through our shop process of being diagnosed, repaired and checked over for quality of workmanship.

  • First we locate the issue and evaluate if a repair is possible or worth it to our customer. If the repair cannot be made or is too costly, we can sell you a new to you appliance from our inventory that is already up and running. This means no charge for diagnosis regardless if you buy from us or not.

  • Once diagnosed, the appliance then moves to the repair stage. Most repairs can be made within an hour or the same day Pricing varies from case to case, also, costs depend on parts needed and the severity of the damage to the machine.

  • Our quality check consists of running the machine through its cycles to ensure it is working properly for your needs. If the machine is worked on by one of our trainees; the overall quality check is done by our master technicians  to make sure nothing was overlooked.

** All repairs are done in shop, appliances need to be brought to us in order for repairs to take place.


Parts & Labor

With every repair we do whether curbside pickup or if you bring it to our shop, we include a lifetime labor warranty on all work done on the machine along with a 6 month warranty on any parts used to repair your machine.


Temporary Appliance Loaners

If you still need a washer, dryer, refrigerator or stove while yours is being repaired, we have loaner options available for a case by case situation. Talk to us if you to arrange and request a loaner appliance.
