LIFETIME LABOR GUARANTEE

We offer a “Lifetime Repair” Warranty on all the labor performed on each machine brought to us for service. We will repair any work that was previously performed on your appliance by our qualified staff. This means we guarantee our workmanship on the repairs done to each machine that comes through our shop.

The following conditions must be met in order to fulfill your “Lifetime Repair” Warranty:

• Original sales receipt

• “Lifetime Repair” certificate

• You bring the machine back to 3336 Princeton NE

• Same day repairs can be done when:

  • Delivered to the shop before 10 AM

  • Availability of parts

Restrictions and Limitations

• We reserve the right to use a reconditioned part in the case that a new part is not longer available or manufactured

• No refunds or exchanges on parts of services if unit is deemed non-cost effective to repair due to other mechanical issues

• All repairs must be re- performed by a member of Albuquerque Appliance Training. Any outside service will void warranty.

• We are not responsible for any misuse or abuse to the appliance once in customer’s possession.

• Any floor damage, flood damage, or damage to clothes caused by the appliance is the customer’s responsibility

• Pick up or delivery charges are not covered by this warranty

• Any improper installations not performed by our staff is not covered by this warranty

• Control Board failures due to external factors are not covered.
